Switching diff-root checks in ISF_Validation ART jobs to semi-detailed output

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:ISF_Validation_verbosity_21.0 into 21.0

This should reduce the chance of excessively large log files in the case of differences. As discussed in ATLASSIM-4529.
