Reverted back to running the old Run-2 IDGlobal monitoring instead of the updated Run-3 one

The new Run-3 AthenaMT IDGlobal monitoring was recently added and also activated as default, however for now we need the old Run-2 monitoring for the Rel. 22 validation for comparison with Rel. 21, so I reverted the previous change in the InDetRecExample/share/InDetMonitoring.py file.
