DerivationFrameworkCore: Update frozen_derivation_test.py to look for the new nightly installation area

Title explains all. This shouldn't impact CI but only when the script is run locally and even then only the message that is printed to warn the developer about the latest nightly changes. So, the core functionality is unaffected.
