ATR-21298: Introducing a b-jet specific ROI tool and simplifying the b-jet trigger structure

Description: Following the discussion on the mentioned JIRA ticket a small restructuring of the b-jet trigger code is required. This ticket addresses this.

In particular:

  • Structure of the b-jet code from a 2-step approach to a 1-step approach (without considering the upstream jet step)
  • Removing now obsolete pieces of code
  • Adding all the reconstructed collections to navigation
