Primary goal is to drastically reduce the memory usage of the likelihood matrix method. This involved a substantial rewrite of LhoodMM_tools.cxx, the addition of a new helper class (LhoodMMFitInfo) with smaller changes to a few other classes. A secondary goal is to implement a more general toy MC test package for all of the fake background tools. This involved a moderate set of modifications to fbtTestToyMC.cxx.
