Add Filter Information About Fat Jets to Derivations

There are fat jet filters applied at generator level that it is necessary to replicate at analysis level to remove overlap between generated samples. Rather than saving the full truth jet collection it is much more efficient to add this to the list of GenFilt variables added in the derivation step. This merge request adds this information.
