Scraps for progress towards new style simulation configuration.

Small fixes to match old style config better. Follows !32811 (merged).

Set up SCTDetectorTool DetectorName and Alignable properties. Configure ISF long_lived_simulators. Change TileGeoG4SDCalc to be added as a service.
