WIP: porting HLT InDet GPU demonstrator to AthenaMT

Dmitry Emeliyanov requested to merge demelian/athena:master-mt-indet-gpu-demonstrator into master

the first version of the HLT demonstrator for AthenaMT - contains several new packages, requires CUDA for compilation of TrigInModules package. As the GPU acceleration is switched off by default no change in tests is expected.
