TrigT1ResultByteStream: Remove "ToolSvc." from C++ tool name

Same fix as in !32869 (merged) but in another file. This extra "ToolSvc." seemed to be needed 2 months ago, but something got fixed in the meantime and now it should no longer be added, as discussed in !32869 (merged).
