Make the GSF track fitter Eventcontext aware.

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:ITrackFitter_event_constext into master

This has 2 parts

  • Allowing any fitter to become EventContext aware (interface with EventContext arg, returning unique_ptr)
  • Migrating the GSF Fitter and its main callers to this style.
