clean up Brem / GSF collection summary creation

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:GSF_summary_new_kind_config into master
  • Try to use new style config where possible
  • Rename the one method used only from EM Brem Collection Builder to make the usage more obvious.

In principle for a refit we do not want to re-run the shared hits finding (@amorley )
