Update ISF_MainConfig.py: ATLFASTIIF_G4MS configuration · 68ef786d

  * Use Fatras for muons in the calorimeters
  * Use `ISF_DefaultFastCaloSimSelector` for calorimeters

This addresses some discrepancies seen in comparisons
between `ATLFASTII` and `ATLFASTIIF_G4MS` simulations.
