Primary vertex refitting tool for Z->ee events

Ioannis Nomidis requested to merge inomidis/athena:21.2-AddZeePVRefit-HIGG1D1 into 21.2

Addition of a new tool to create a new vertex container in HIGG1D1 to be used for H->yy studies. The primary vertex in each event is refitted after removing electron tracks of Z->ee decay candidates. Affects only HIGG1D1 derivations. Tested in last nightly. @gamerz
