Add offset to MM local frame
An offset of 25um needs to be inserted (as described on slide 5: https://indico.cern.ch/event/903900/contributions/3850544/attachments/2031637/3400335/MMStrips_Software_4May2020.pdf) for the Small chambers. In addition, a correction of 0.5*pitch has to be taken into account for the modules with even total number of active strips so as the local strips coords will be correctly translated to global ATLAS frame.
