Workaround for ATLASRECTS5518

Edward Moyse requested to merge emoyse/athena:master-ATLASRECTS5518_2 into master

The test is failing with AttributeError: 'MaterialEffectsUpdator' object has no attribute 'toStringProperty'. Temporarily disable summariseProps.

Note that the test will still fail because of ATLASRECTS-5377, but this is unrelated.
