create AGDD2Geo service upon adding it

Daniel Louis Noel requested to merge dnoel/athena:updateToNewstyleG4AtlasAlg into master

In new style if AGDD2Geo is needed to be created manually for it to work. Parts of the detector (e.g. DSH_AddShield_Iron_pv_2 Transportation) are not there otherwise.
