JetMonitoring config fix, new variable added

  • Fixing TrigJetMonitorAlgorithm due to athena update
  • Added fCharge as jet variable
  • Added pflow variables and averageMu selections to config EDIT: Since I included lines to TrigJetMonitorAlgorithm to perform event selections based on EventInfo variables from a previous MR, but those selections did not work properly, I have committed the small fixes for those, too, such that now those event selections (and corresponding histograms) work properly
