Add/pass Event Context to the egamma extrapolation tools and then to the CaloExtension tool

  • Adds EventContext to a few egamma tool interfaces.
  • Pass the context from the algs to these tools
  • The tools also have internal methods accepting it
  • Then they pass it to the CaloExtension Tool or to the Extrapolator
