Use MuonIdHelperSvc in athena components (1)

Hi,

inside athena components, the MuonIdHelperSvc can be used, so no need to retrieve the sub-id-helper pointers directly from the MuonDetectorManager. This adapts the repo for the MicroMegas and STGCs.
