Remove delete from SCT_PrepDataToxAOD using automatic allocation

Reco_tf.py --AMI q431 --ouputDAOD_SCTVALIDFile DAOD_SCTVALID.pool.root

was run without and with the changes. acmd.py diff-root command did not find differences between the two DAOD_SCTVALID files.
