ITrackFitter, remove default impl of event context aware methods.

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:ITrackFitter_Interface_cleanup into master

  • Since all Tracking implementations, provide (since today)

  • The EventContext methods, we do not need to have a default implementation of them in the Tracking interface.

  • Just leave the non event context method default implementation in terms of the eventContext aware ones for client compatibility.

Also move these inline implementations to a new .icc file
