Fixes for Wt_DR, and removal of Wt_DR_onshellW and Wt_DS_onshellW processes

Added support for the new options of the updated Wt_DR process with correct treatment of the offshelness of the associated W (AGENE-1819), and removed support for Wt_DR_onshell and Wt_DS_onshell processes. The first is now superseded, the latter should not be supported as it gives a wrong treatment of the W offshelness.
