Add ART tests for PU80 ttbar with v1Dev menu in TriggerTest (ATR-21577)

Adding new ART tests (build and grid) running RDOtoRDOTrig for ttbar PU80 MC with v1Dev menu (ATR-21577)

add new test python script in the TriggerTest:

  • TriggerTest/test/test_trig_mc_v1Dev_pu80_grid.py
  • TriggerTest/test/test_trig_mc_v1Dev_pu80_build.py

Also, in order to use a new validation sample with pileup=80, new file is added in the input json file.
