Provide LayerArrayCreator to InDetVolumeBuilder

This MR fixes a configuration mismatch between old and new configuration of the TrackingGeometry.

It is a one-line fix that ensures that the correctly configured InDetLayerArrayCreator is not only provided to the InDetTrackingGeometryBuilder, but also to the InDetVolumeCreator, which acts as a helper tool to the InDetTrackingGeometryBuilder.

With this fix, the following messages disappear:
