TrigTauRec monitoring cleanup

Retrieving mu values via the LumiBlockMuTool was causing crashes in MT jobs. However, it's only retrieved for monitoring, and the same goes for the mu values. So I think neither of these are actually needed.

MT jobs much more successful with this removed (200 events instead of 1, when running with 32 threads).
