Small fixes to the AtlasHepMC.

This MR is a part of process of Athena migration to HepMC3. In this MR:

  • Small fixes to the AtlasHepMC.
  • Implementation of Flow with HepMC3. Actually the usage of Flow should limited.

All the fixes as well as the affected code is behind guards, i.e. visible only when AthGeneration is compiled with HepMC3.
