IVertexFitter, remove methods / add EventContext to the non-removed

I've looked at clients of IVertexFitter. Observations

  1. Entries with Trk::Track and Trk::TrackParticleBase input usually extract internally Trk::TrackParameters (Perigee) and call vertex fitter tools via Trk::TrackParameters entries.
  1. Out of 2 duplicated entries: fit(vectorTrk::TrackParameters) + fit(vectorTrk:TrackParameters,vectorTrk::NeutralParameters) , only the latter can be left. It's easy to provide empty vectorTrk::NeutralParameters in case when neutral particles are absent.

This starts with 1. Also

  • add the EventContext to all remaining ones.
  • Run some basic clang-tidy checks
