Integration of ComboHypos to newJO

The first part of the integration of ComboHypos to newJO. This MR contains the addition of combined chains to menu generation: getting signature generators and merging chain defs, if chain is combined - has more then one signature.

Also, ComboHypos were added to CF (object were created). In next iteration they will be also added to DF.
