WIP: Correct MM zpositions

The existing layout description assumes that the center of the MM quadruplet is the center of the gasgap between the 2 r/o panels. Based on the design the center of the quadruplet should be the center of the drift panel. This MR corrects the z positions wrt the design. In addition, some fixes in the stations xml files for both symmetric and asymmetric NSW layouts are introduced.
