Trigger - Cleaning up B-Jet Trigger Online Monitoring Histograms (ATR-21313)

Adjusts the axes of several monitored histograms from the B-Jet Trigger Online Monitoring output (TrigBjetOnlineMonitoring). Also adds a jet eta/phi TH2D.

This commit was tested using the "runTrigART.py -m -j20" test, and the "ctest -j4" test, and successfully passed both.
