EventHistoVarTool was changed to now be able to handle EventInfo variables as well as JetContainer variables via the introduction of new properties and a new tool NumJetVarTool.

Currently, the monitoring of the jet multiplicity above a certain pT threshold has to be configured in JetMonitoring/python/JetStandardHistoSpecs.py before running the monitoring, see examples for njets, njets20, njets50.
