Include FTF in newJO

Tomasz Bold requested to merge tbold/athena:ftf-newjo into master

The goal is to add FTF in newJO. The algorithm itself is there but tools it uses are realy only proxies for now. Tagging @baines as we look into it together. FI @sutt @mvozak @goetz Also expanded CA printing function: tagging @wlampl and @mleszczy FI.

TODO: use tracking cut flags once they are fully integrated with the release
