InDetAdaptiveMultiPriVxFinderTool,InDetIterativePriVxFinderTool continue clean up

This continues the cleanup of InDetAdaptiveMultiPriVxFinderTool , InDetIterativePriVxFinderTool

• Implement the EventContext aware interface for InDetIterativePriVxFinderTool
• Move logging to ATH_MSG macros and also remove some over excessive logging
• Format the code

The package has 2 additional classes but need to see 1st if needed. If not will be removed, if yes I will do the same for them in a later MR.
