Documentation for TrigMuonMonitoringMT

Description

Documentation is added for important functions in the files:

• TrigMuonMonitoringMT/TrigMuonMonitorAlgorithm.h
• TrigMuonMonitoringMT/MuonMatchingTool.h

Very few modification are made for the c++ code: MuonMatchingTool::exrTrackToRPC and MuonMatchingTool::exrTrackToTGC are now private methods.

Validation

No change in the algorithm.
