Remove PixelConditionsData and PixelCoralClientUtils from AthSimulation

The following two packages, that were included in the package filters for AthSimulation, are actually not used within AthSimulation releases and are thus removed from the project with this MR:

InnerDetector/InDetConditions/PixelConditionsData
InnerDetector/InDetConditions/PixelCoralClientUtils

The removal was validated by checking all dependees of these packages: while PixelCoralClientUtils is only used by PixelConditionsData, the latter is marked as a dependency of several other packages in athena. However, none of them are included in the AthSimulation project.
