TrigInDetPattRecoEvent: Package cleanup

Removing some unused classes from TrigInDetPattRecoEvent: TrigInDetRoad, TrigL2LayerSetLUT, TrigL2TimeoutException, TrigSpacePointStorage. Also update its CMake configuration and link dependencies.

TrigFastTrackFinder: Remove unused includes and forward declares

TrigInDetToolInterfaces: Delete unused ITrigInDetRoadMakerTool
