Remove non thread-safe updateAssocMeas method from MuonTGMeasTool

Hi,

this MR removes the non thread-safe updateAssocMeas method from the MuonTGMeasTool.

Adding @nova, @emoyse and @kluit to double-check that this method is actually not needed.
