Add catch for std:exception so that when running online the messages from CORAL are caught - as discussed on ATR-21552
Tested during TR11 (ATR-21642) and latest version represents TR11_DEV1patch3
As DEV1 will become the default, switching order of queries so the expected errors from CORAL will only appear if we revert to running from DEV2. Info messages are added to explain these ERRORs
