Force TriggerAPI to report HLT_e60_lhmedium as 2015 primary

In 2015 HLT_e24_lhmedium is the lowest unprescaled and HLT_e60_lhmedium doesn't add unique events. The trigger is skimmed out in DAOD_PHYS, however it is needed to report as primary since the trigger SFs are given for HLT_e24_lhmedium_L1EM20VH_OR_HLT_e60_lhmedium_OR_HLT_e120_lhloose
