Add ART a test for PhysVal WebDisplay nightlies (AthenaMT) in TrigAnalysisTest (ATR-21677)

The goal is to add a test to provide a PhysVal WebDisplay with AthenaMT in TrigAnalysisTest The task is defined in ATR-21677.

Trigger/TrigValidation/TrigAnalysisTest/test/test_trigAna_PhysValWeb_mt1_grid.py is added.

test_trigAna_PhysValWeb_mt1_grid.py is based on the working test script (test_trigAna_PhysValWeb_grid.py), adding a line (rdo2aod.threads = 1) to run the AthenaMT.
