Update legacy monitoring for B-physics trigger - ATR-19999

Semen Turchikhin requested to merge tursom/athena:master_TrigBphysMonitoring_updateLegacyContainer into master
  • Replace the monitored container name (according to fixes in !31872 (merged))
  • Replace 2mu10 monitored chains with 2mu4 ones to get some stats in ART
