Use more recent conditions to run DRAW productoin step
To test the in-file metadata for RAW (bytestream) to DRAW (bytestream) we run the reco stransform producing a DRAW. This step looks for some conditions that are not available in the q431 default.
Fixed bug where I added the dirname to the input generated for the ESDtoAOD step twice.
