Change the names for L2Calo and L2Electron in EgammaHypo and TriggerMenuMT

This MR is related to ATR-20143 and the objective is to make the harmonization of all fast step code in egamma hypos.

The L2 prefix was changed by EgammaFast in .cxx, .h and .py files.
