Add ART tests to provide WebDisplay for AthenaMT, comparing it with AthenaMT itself and legacy menu results (ATR-21677)
test_trigAna_PhysValWeb_mt1_grid.py is modified to provide a comparison between days for AthenaMT. test_trigAna_PhysValWeb_mt1_comp_pp_v7_primaries_grid.py is newly added to provide a comparison between AthenaMT and legacy menu for the AthenaMT validation.
