Fix the selection of the ATLAS 'blue' logo in VP1

This MR adds new ATLAS 'blue' logos and fixes their selection in the VP1's Event Display Editor.

This MR closes ATLASVPONE-536 .

The 'Blue' selector for the blue version of the ATLAS logo was disabled in the master version of VP1. That because we had no blue versions of the new logo with a transparent background.

Thus, I created them with Adobe Illustrator from the official .ai files from http://atlas.cern/design, and saved them in all the needed sizes.

Then I re-enabled the selector and updated the code.

I also cleaned up the old logos which were shipped (but not used) with VP1.
