Use raw energy to calculate calorimeter variables for PFlow jets
This MR restores the calculation of variables that rely on the energy of neutral PFOs to the behavior in r21.
In r21, the energy of neutral PFOs is used at the EM scale. In r22, we store PFOs first as shallow copies and apply the origin correction to those. The energy is thus modified by the origin correction which is an unwanted behavior. More details about this can be found on slide 9/10 here. There was also some discussion in ATLASRECTS-5336.
