Fixes to CAtoGlobal wrapping code

Some fixes to the code that allows to append ComponentAccumulator-configured fragments into old-style athena:

  • Recursively convert GaudiConfig2-ListHelpers to plain list
  • do not append duplicates to SvcMgr, ToolSvc, etc
  • Fix some typos
