Set UseDCS of SCTErrMonAlg is InDetFlags.useDCS() is False not to retrived and use SCT_DCSConditionsTool.
Use the same configuration in InnerDetector/InDetExample/InDetRecExample/share/InDetRecConditionsAccess.py as InnerDetector/InDetConditions/SiLorentzAngleTool/python/SCTLorentzAngleToolSetup.py to be consisten.
Use SCT_ByteStreamErrorsTool instead of sct_ByteStreamErrorsToolSetup.getTool() in InnerDetector/InDetMonitoring/SCT_Monitoring/share/SCTErrMonAlg_jobOptions.py to be consistent with InnerDetector/InDetExample/InDetRecExample/share/InDetRecConditionsAccess.py
RunTier0Tests.py was fine. RunTier0Tests.log
