Add --sortLabels option to rootcomp to sort alphanumeric axes before
comparing them. Since this operation is slow make this an option. In
most cases this should not be needed when histograms are filled
deterministically but can be useful in MP/MT-type scenarios (see e.g.
ATR-21755).
