Added new chains to monitor

Fernando Monticelli requested to merge fernando/athena:FixTrigEgammaMonLegacyConfig into master

This is to fix missing monitored chains in offline reprocessing of data with athenaMT with legacy trigger navigation as in ATLASDQ-804.
